Job summary

Blue Star in Chennai invites HVAC design engineers to join our project teams. You will prepare detailed design calculations, heat load, duct sizing, piping layout, and coordinate with construction teams.

You will conduct site visits, maintain records of progress and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 2–7 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of HVAC design engineering experience.
• Diploma/B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, Ducting, Heat Load Calculation and Piping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design calculations for HVAC systems (heat load, duct sizing, piping layout).
• Conduct site visits to inspect installed work and recommend modifications or repairs.
• Develop and maintain records of project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
