Job summary

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited. in Chennai is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to lead design and execution of HVAC systems for turnkey building projects.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery within budget, and conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in HVAC engineering, a BE/BTech in Electrical or EEE, and strong knowledge of air conditioning, chiller

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in HVAC engineering or related field.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or EEE.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, chiller operations, ducting layouts, heat load calculations, and system controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
