Job summary

Capital Placement Services Gurgaon is seeking an HVAC Design Engineer to handle HVAC drawings, heat load calculations, and technical approvals. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills and coordination with clients and consultants for drawings approvals and site execution.

The candidate will prepare detailed drawings (layouts, ducting, piping), perform heat load calculations, create and process TDS, and ensure documentation and compliance with HVAC standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to coordinate with clients.
• Experience in heat load calculations and TDS approvals.
• Ability to prepare SLDs and ensure design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings including layouts, ducting, and piping designs
• Perform heat load calculations for various project requirements
• Prepare and process TDS for approval
• Coordinate with customers/consultants for drawing review and approval
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) as per project requirements
• Conduct site visits to support execution and resolve design issues
• Ensure proper documentation and bookkeeping of all technical drawings and records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project flow
• Ensure designs comply with HVAC standards and codes

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to handle HVAC system drawings, heat load calculations, and technical approvals. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills along with the ability to coordinate with clients and consultants for drawing approvals and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings including layouts, ducting, and piping designs
• Perform Heat Load Calculations for various project requirements
• Prepare and process TDS (Technical Data Sheet) for approval
• Coordinate with customers/consultants for drawing review and approval
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) as per project requirements
• Conduct site visits as and when required to support execution and resolve design-related issues
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and bookkeeping of all technical drawings and records
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, execution) for smooth project flow
• Ensure designs comply with relevant HVAC standards and codes

Key Skills Required
