Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM operations, quality, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in AR calling and denial management workflows.
• Understanding of RCM concepts (claims workflow, denial drivers, resolution steps).
• Experience with SOPs and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Role Summary:

Drive measurable revenue cycle quality improvements by owning more complex AR calling and denial management analysis as an Operations Analyst in Chennai. Apply healthcare RCM expertise to ensure work is completed accurately, identify root causes of recurring denial issues, and support continuous improvement using operational reporting.
