Swirl Lifestyle Llp seeks a seasoned finance professional to oversee accounting operations across multiple outlets in Chennai. You will manage budgeting, cash flow, and compliance, while driving financial controls and insightful MIS reporting to senior management.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience in finance/accounting within hospitality or multi-location businesses, with strong MS Excel and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified in commerce or finance with relevant professional credentials.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hospitality or multi-location settings.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions across outlets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control for each outlet.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Monitor payroll accounting and employee-related financial expenses.
• Develop financial controls and procedures to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers, operations teams, vendors, auditors, and banks.

• Monitor payroll accounting and employee-related financial expenses.
• Develop financial controls and procedures to prevent errors and financial discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers, operations teams, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• CA / CMA qualification preferred.
• 510+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or multi-location businesses preferred.
