Job summary

Nitcon Limited in Chennai seeks a senior Finance & Accounts professional with Chartered Accountant or ICWA/CMA qualifications and at least 10 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

You will oversee statutory, internal, tax and CAG audits, manage payroll, treasury, banking, budgeting, financial analysis, and liaison with departments for revenue and expenditure projections, while ensuring compliance with government procurement rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Sound knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, EPF and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling Statutory, Internal, Tax and CAG Audits.
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll management, treasury operations, banking transactions, fixed deposits and Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Experience in budget preparation, financial analysis, tendering and financial bid evaluation.
• Sound knowledge of Government procurement procedures and applicable financial rules.
• Experience in preparing and submitting monthly financial statements, annual accounts and other accounting and financial reports.
• Experience in coordinating with various departments for revenue estimates, expenditure projections, payment processing and compilation of financial information.
• Experience in managing, supervising and guiding Finance & Accounts teams in routine accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry/Government Agencies/PSUs will be preferred.
