Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and content updates across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Ensure product information, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and sales teams to maintain inventory availability.
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations.
• Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and operational KPIs.
• Resolve listing, inventory, pricing, and order-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches on online platforms.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure catalog accuracy and platform compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze sales, stock, and customer trends.
