Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. in Bangalore is inviting experienced professionals for Senior Process Lead/Process Lead roles. The incumbent will oversee surveillance/video operations, retrieve CCTV footage, and ensure proper documentation and chain-of-custody while coordinating with legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in the space, experience in ecommerce/retail fraud, and proven ability to lead projects and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out one-off analyses for investigations; work US shifts on Weekdays.
