Perform document-led private-investment processing, data maintenance and accounting support under defined procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up approved entity, account, security and model-portfolio data.
• Receive, validate, index and store commitments, confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters and related documents.
• Record routine lifecycle events, capital calls, distributions and approved disposition information.
• Maintain sub-ledger records, unfunded commitments, book cost, NAV-related inputs and portfolio-company attributes.
• Prepare reconciliations and identify incomplete approvals, documentation or inconsistent data for escalation.

Domain knowledge and systems:

Basic knowledge of private funds, co-investments, direct investments, external funds and real-estate structures.

Exposure to SCD/SimCorp, Investran, Yardi, ticketing/JIRA and document repositories.

Skills:

High attention to document completeness, accounting data and funding deadlines.

Ability to follow multi-step controls and maintain a clear audit trail.
