Infosys BPM Ltd. is hosting a walk-in for Ecommerce/Retail Operations - Asset Protection (Central Alarm Control) in Bangalore.

The role, titled Process Specialist, requires 2–4 years in alarm monitoring and security operations, with Ecommerce or Retail experience preferred. You will monitor centralized alarm systems in real time, validate triggers via video, coordinate with emergency services, perform remote diagnostics, manage service tickets, and generate reports on alarms and trends.

Experience:

• 2-4 years in alarm monitoring/security operations
• Should have experience in supporting alarm monitoring/security operations
• Demonstrated experience in owning and running projects independently
• Knowledge of retail/ fraud & loss prevention/ alarm monitoring and detection
• 2-4 years of total work experience. The experience should include: -
• 2 + years of experience in preferably Ecommerce or Retail industry

Skills:

• Expertise in Incident response; escalations, alarm systems & video monitoring
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and compliance experience
• Leverage data to identify opportunity areas, derive insights and identify patterns.
• Ability to effectively communicate business problems, solutions, & results
