Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring centralized alarm systems, validating triggers, coordinating with emergency services, performing remote diagnostics, managing tickets, and generating reports for leadership. Rotational 24/7 shifts.

• 4-8 years of total work experience. The experience should include: -
• 3 + years of experience in preferably in retail industry

• Expertise in Incident response; escalations, alarm systems & video monitoring
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and compliance experience
• Leverage data to identify opportunity areas, derive insights and identify patterns.
• Ability to effectively communicate business problems, solutions, & results
