• Hands-on experience in AR follow-up and denial management.
• Experience in US Healthcare RCM processes and payer interactions.
• Ability to interpret EOBs/ERA codes and payer responses.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end AR follow-up across multiple specialties.
• Interpret EOBs, ERAs and denial codes; liaise with payers.
• Assist in payment reconciliation and collections to reduce DSO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Executive - AR with strong knowledge of the end-to-end RCM process in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in AR follow-up, denial management, payment reconciliation, and insurance collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience working on multiple specialties and payer groups. Prior experience in systems such as Epic, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Athena, Centricity, or similar healthcare platforms.

Skills Required:

Good understanding of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM lifecycle Strong knowledge of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers. Experience in AR Follow-up and Insurance Collections. Ability to interpret EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, CARC/RARC codes, and payer responses. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare practice management systems.
