Job summary

Skillventory in Bengaluru is seeking a Debt Management Executive to help customers manage dues by setting up feasible repayment plans and ensuring timely payments. You will communicate effectively and maintain accurate records while meeting defined goals in line with legal and company policies.

The role includes coordinating with Field Executives, handling EMI reminders, and maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th-grade education or graduation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication; observant and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of the internet and search engine usage.
• DRA certification preferred but not mandatory.
