Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring for an International Chat Support Executive. The role requires 1 year of international live chat experience and comfort with non-voice chat processes.

English communication is essential. Work is in-office with rotational shifts and cab facility within hiring boundaries. Location is Bengaluru (ITPL Whitefield area) and the position offers a 5-day work week with two days off, plus a take-home salary of 25,000–26,000 INR after deductions

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of international live chat experience is mandatory.
Experience in technical support and customer service.
Excellent English communication required.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to services via international live chat.
Support and upsell where appropriate within non-voice chat process.
