Responsibilities

• Resolve queries related to services, technical issues, billing, orders, refunds and deliveries.
• Provide troubleshooting support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective customer support and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity and SLA targets.
• Follow company policies and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
