Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Role:

Handle customer interactions for an international voice process, resolve queries, and provide effective customer service.

Eligibility:

• Freshers with Graduate/HSC qualification can apply
• Good communication skills in English & Punjabi
• Experienced candidates with 6+ months of international voice experience in collections/customer service are preferred

Salary:

• Fresher: 18,000 in-hand
• Experienced: 20,000–23,000 in-hand
