Job summary

Samivra Ventures India Company seeks a CSR professional to coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and implementation partners. You will conduct due diligence, prepare budgets and proposals, and manage CSR projects from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining records, reporting impact with KPIs, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies. You will also engage with donors and community stakeholders to support CSR disclosures and statutory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NGOs, charitable organisations, government bodies, communities, and implementation partners.
• Conduct due diligence and background verification of CSR partners and projects.
• Prepare CSR budgets, project proposals, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Manage CSR projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure funds/resources are being used for their intended purpose.
• Maintain proper CSR records, documentation, invoices, agreements, photographs, reports, and impact data.
• Measure and report social impact and project outcomes using appropriate KPIs.
• Prepare periodic CSR reports, management updates, and project status reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts team for CSR budgets, expenditure tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure CSR activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preparation of information required for CSR disclosures and statutory reporting, where applicable.
• Build relationships with corporates, donors, NGOs, institutions, and community stakeholders.
