Propelis Group is seeking an experienced Client Servicing - Project Management professional to oversee client relationships and coordinate end-to-end projects. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, aligning with internal teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery with quality.

You will act as the main liaison between clients and production teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related role.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of project planning and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good coordination with cross-functional/production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
