Machine & Maintenance:

• Own machine preventive maintenance, critical spare management, and breakdown response

Production & Team Management:

• Plan shop-floor production activities to meet customer delivery schedules
• Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower handling and shift planning
• Implement rejection-control measures to minimize waste and optimize productivity
• Oversee team management, supervise production processes, and monitor quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth machine operation during night shifts

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 510 years of experience in Citizen Cincom sliding head CNC programming, machining operations, or a related field
