Job summary

Crimson Interactive, a technology-driven scientific communications & localization company, seeks a Business Analyst in Mumbai. You will gather, analyze and document business needs for our products, collaborating with product managers, developers, designers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

With 3-6 years of experience, you will translate objectives into clear requirements, create user stories and wireframes, support UAT, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for products.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Experience translating business objectives into clear functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements to teams.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and obtain sign-offs.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure requirements are implemented as specified.
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and test cases.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets requirements and quality standards.
• Configuration management.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product Management team. 3-6 years experience. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet customer needs, are of high quality, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Managers to understand the business objectives and product vision, and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement
Develop user stories, use cases, and wireframes to clearly communicate requirements to cross-functional teams
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and obtain sign-offs
Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure that the requirements are implemented as per the agreed upon specifications
Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the product meets the requirements and quality standards
