The role requires delivering engaging training sessions, evaluating trainee progress, and providing actionable feedback to drive performance improvements while maintaining consistent training standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments including activation, beautician activities, hair care, hair styling, makeup, waxing, facial, and cosmetics.
