Bank Branch Management

• Build strong relationships with Axis Bank Branch Managers and staff.
• Conduct regular branch visits and joint customer meetings.
• Support bank employees in identifying potential insurance opportunities.

Customer Engagement

• Understand customer financial and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and post-sales support.

Training & Activation

• Train and motivate Axis Bank employees on insurance products and sales processes.
• Conduct product sessions and sales contests to improve branch productivity.
• Increase insurance penetration within assigned branches.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to IRDAI guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Follow company compliance, AML, and KYC requirements.

Reporting

• Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales updates with managers.
• Track pipeline, conversions, and branch-wise business performance.
