Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and servicing of industrial equipment.
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and automation-related issues.
• PLC, HMI, sensors, servo and motion-control troubleshooting.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Robot programming, troubleshooting and maintenance, where applicable.
• Conduct site service and after-sales support activities.
• Perform equipment testing, validation and commissioning.
• Identify technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with customers, production and engineering teams.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Support equipment improvement and optimization activities.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across India and overseas, if required.
