Muthoot FinCorp (MFL) is seeking a dedicated Forex Officer to support mapped FX branches in achieving revenue targets. The role covers currency trading, remittance services, travel card sales, and bank note handling, with supervision of non-license branches to expand FX revenue.

You will onboard eco-partners, educate branch teams on outward remittance, and coordinate with the BDE team to maximize incentive-driven business while ensuring regulatory compliance and product hygiene.

Competenze

• Experience in forex remittance and travel card sales.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage branch revenue targets and coordinate with sales teams.

• Achieve mapped FX branch revenue targets and drive currency, purchase, sale, travel card sales, and outward remittance business.
• Handhold non-license branches to build remittance revenue under direct supervision.
• Oversee Forex business for Travel Card, Remittance & Bank Notes across Retail and Eco-partner channels.
• Onboard eco-partner entities (educational consultants, tour operators, hotels, agents) for travel card/bank notes and outward remittance business.
• Coordinate with BDE team to ensure channel incentives translate into meaningful business.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and product hygiene across all mapped Forex activities.
• Provide training on FX business to branch staff and external partners.

Job Purpose

Will be responsible for the respective mapped FX branch Revenue target & achievement, and he should ensure to deliver currency, purchase, sales & Travel card sales, and outward remittance business in both AD-I &II.

In addition, he needs to handhold a set of non-license branches under his direct supervision to build reasonable Fx remittance revenue.

Forex Business (Travel care/Remittance & Bank Notes) & revenue responsibility of Branch -Retail & Eco partner channel business. Bulk purchase/Bulk sales & small corporate Sales for the Cluster.

Branch level Eco-partner Onboarding for direct sales segments like educational consultants, Tour Operators, Hotels, Travel & Money transfer agents, FFMC/AD-II and Banker’s business relationships to do business on Travel Card/ Bank Notes, Outward remittances AD-I & II with special attention to Travel Card business, within his mapped branch limit

Hand hold non-license branches and educate the branch team to learn on forex outward remittance and ensure to deliver of the committed. And Coordinate with the BDE team and ensure they deliver considerable business by educating incentive benefits.

Ensure oversee regulatory compliance and product hygiene at all levels as mapped FX officer.

Product Visibility and impart training on Fx business to all fellow colleagues at the branch– In house & External sales.
