Flatworld Healthcare Services Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking an AR Caller/Senior AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Medical Billing team. The role requires 1–3 years of AR calling experience, with hands-on involvement in AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, and insurance calling.

Qualifications

• Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
• Handle payment follow-up and claim status verification.
• Work on appeals and claim reprocessing.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.
• Ensure timely resolution of aging claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
