Job summary

Getix Health in Bengaluru (Embassy Tech Village) is seeking an AR Caller/Analyst to manage outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status, payment follow-ups, and denial management in a US shift.

You will analyze EOBs, work on denied and unpaid claims, coordinate with internal teams for corrections, perform appeals and resubmissions, and maintain accurate documentation to meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant AR experience is a must.
• Graduation not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups.
• Work on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
• Analyze EOBs and take necessary actions.
• Perform denial management and identify root causes.
• Ensure timely resolution of outstanding AR.

• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections when needed.

Shift timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (US Shift)
