Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience required
• Proficient in Excel and accounting basics
• Experience with AP processing, matching, and vendor reconciliation
• Familiar with GST/HST, Canadian GAAP/ASPE and ERP/accounting
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• AP bill processing and payments
• 2-way and 3-way matching
• Vendor reconciliation and vendor queries follow-ups
• Preparing Aging reports and sending for approvals
• Creating and using Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Adept at formulas basics
• Collaborate with internal teams and take ownership to resolve issues
• Support Canadian clients remotely or on-site as applicable
