Job summary

Csml India in Mumbai is seeking an organized Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting using Excel and Tally Prime. You will handle entries, supplier reconciliations, GST and TDS compliance, and prepare payable statements and expense reports.

The role requires clear written and verbal communication, good organizational skills, and the ability to generate management reports. B.Com with 3–4 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree with 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.

Responsibilities

• Excel and Tally (Prime) knowledge for day‑to‑day entries.
• Prepare outstanding payable statements.
• Prepare travelling expense reports.
• Bank statement reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
• All other general accounting work daily.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have in depth knowledge in Excel and Tally (Prime).
• Day to Day Accounting Entries in Tally.
• Prepare outstanding Payable statement.
• Prepare Travelling Expense Report
• Good Knowledge of TDS & GST.
• Reconciliation of Bank Statement
• Maintain Petty Cash Expenses
• Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
• All other general accounting work on a day-to-day basis.
