Job summary

Fundbridge Fintech in India seeks a seasoned accounting professional to oversee day-to-day finance operations, maintain books, reconcile ledgers, and prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

The role requires strong GST and taxation knowledge, experience with NBFC/financial services accounting, exposure to automotive manufacturing accounting a plus, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel; ability to independently manage the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations and related filings.
• Manage TDS, income-tax related compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors and statutory authorities.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding payments.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations and related filings.
• Manage TDS, income-tax related compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors and statutory authorities.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile

• 712+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST and taxation.
• Experience in NBFC/lending/financial services accounting is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing/production accounting is highly preferred.
• Exposure to retail/dealer sales accounting will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and MIS.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.
• Ability to independently manage the finance and accounts function.
