Qualifications

Job Description:

• Perform Current Owner Search (COS) and Full Owner Search (FOS) for US properties.
• Research county public records and title search platforms to establish property ownership and chain of title.
• Review deeds, mortgages, assignments, liens, judgments, taxes, easements and legal descriptions.
• Identify ownership transfers, open mortgages, encumbrances and potential title issues.
• Prepare accurate title search reports within defined TAT and quality standards.
• Handle searches across multiple US states/counties.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in US Mortgage Title Search – COS/FOS.
• Good knowledge of US real estate/title terminology and county records.
• Experience with tools such as DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, NETR Online or similar platforms is preferred.
