Job summary

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai is seeking a waiter/waitress to deliver exceptional service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas. You will serve Food & Beverage items with courtesy, professionalism and flexibility to ensure guest satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and have at least two years of hotel operations experience, along with strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
