Job summary

M&G India is seeking a VP – Solution Architect for the Process Re-engineering CoE in Mumbai. The role focuses on defining standards for process transformation and automation, socializing guidelines globally, and ensuring alignment with M&G standards.

You will lead architecture practices, mentor squads, and drive standards adoption while staying updated on emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly understand the technology landscape within the enterprise including key IT systems, data platforms and interconnections
• Identify key stakeholders and build credibility and rapport
• Define standards and guidelines for process transformation/automation solution architecture
• Socialize the standards and guidelines with stakeholders in India and globally
• Identify and document reusable solutions and solution patterns
• Develop Reference Architecture for process transformation/automation solution patterns
• Ensure implementation of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation squads
• Be a role model and lead by example in demonstrating the organization's values and principles
• Ensuring any solutions being designed meet M&G standards
• Playing an active role in the technology community for learning and sharing
