Job summary

M&G Global Services in India is seeking a proactive professional to join the CoE as a lead for opportunity intake, qualification and prioritisation. You will partner with operations leaders to frame opportunities for process re-engineering, automation, AI and analytics, and define criteria for prioritisation and value realization.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

1. Lead opportunity intake, qualification and prioritisation

   • Operate a structured intake process for CoE opportunities across business functions, operations teams and enabling functions.
   • Partner with functional leads and operations leaders to identify, frame and qualify opportunities suitable for process re‑engineering, automation, AI, workflow, analytics or operating‑model redesign.
   • Define consistent assessment criteria covering strategic alignment, customer and colleague impact, cost opportunity, capacity release, risk reduction, control improvement, complexity, readiness, data availability and time to value.
   • Facilitate prioritisation and trade‑off discussions so the CoE focuses on the highest‑value opportunities.
   • Maintain a transparent opportunity backlog with clear status, ownership, next steps, decision points and rationale for prioritisation outcomes.

2. Manage the CoE portfolio roadmap, capacity and sequencing

   • Develop and maintain the CoE portfolio roadmap across discovery, process re‑engineering, solution design, proof of concept, build, deployment and run‑state transition.
   • Align demand to available CoE capacity across process re‑engineering, solution architecture, applied AI, data analytics, delivery and domain SME inputs.
   • Support annual and in‑year planning by forecasting demand, assessing resource constraints, identifying gaps and creating realistic sequencing options.
