• Strong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and commercial assessment skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate markets, development economics, transaction structures, and risk-return dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, the ability to identify high-potential investment opportunities, and experience taking transactions from initial evaluation through execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, investors, lenders, advisors, and other partners to drive profitable and well-structured investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution ofreal estate investment opportunitiesacross relevant asset classes.
• Conduct detailed commercial, financial, legal, technical, and marketdue diligenceon prospective investments.
