Job summary

M&G India in Mumbai seeks an analytics-led leader to drive end-to-end process discovery and diagnosis across functions and platforms. You will apply descriptive analytics to baseline metrics and use Lean Six Sigma to root out issues, while employing process mining to surface bottlenecks and conformance gaps.

Lead the design of dashboards and KPI frameworks that translate data into proactive decisions, ensuring governance, clear definitions, and accountable owners across the business.

Lead analytics-led process discovery and diagnosis

• Lead complex, end-to-end process studies across functions, business units, legal entities and technology platforms.
• Apply descriptive analytics to establish baselines for volume, demand, cycle time, queue time, throughput, rework, exceptions, cost, quality, risk and customer outcomes.
• Use diagnostic analytics and Lean Six Sigma techniques to distinguish symptoms from root causes across process design, policy, data, technology, controls, capability, capacity and governance.
• Use process mining, task mining and event-log analysis to identify variants, bottlenecks, hidden rework, control loops, manual interventions and conformance issues.

2. Design dashboards, KPI frameworks and decision intelligence

• Design audience-specific dashboards and KPI frameworks that add context and move leaders from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making.
• Create visual narratives that connect strategic objectives, customer outcomes, process performance, risk, cost and benefit realisation.
• Define leading and lagging indicators for productivity, quality, control effectiveness, SLA performance, customer friction, straight-through processing and exception rates.
• Ensure dashboards are reliable, governed and decision-oriented, with clear data definitions, thresholds, commentary, action triggers and ownership.
