Hired is seeking a strategic VP of Hardware Engineering to join our growing remote team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your functional area, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

The role requires 8-10+ years in a relevant function, exceptional communication, deep Git expertise, and strong experience with remote collaboration tools. You’ll lead a global, distributed team and oversee critical IT infrastructure and cloud
