Job summary

Charantra in Hyderabad seeks a senior investment banking professional to lead deal qualification, structuring, and negotiations across Equity Raise, M&A, and Debt Raise. You will manage the complete deal lifecycle from mandate to closing and mentor junior staff.

You will build a strong investor and lender network, act as the primary client contact, and drive negotiations to closure while ensuring deal readiness and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, PE, VC, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, Treasury, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of originating and closing transactions.
• Experience in at least 2 of Equity Raise, M&A, or Debt Raise.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
• Strong investor/acquirer/lender network is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.
• MBA, CA, or CFA preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
