Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead placement of ECM transactions such as IPOs, QIPs, and other offerings from Gurugram.

The role focuses on building and executing investor outreach strategies and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and other capital providers. The candidate will track market developments, analyse valuations and pricing trends, and prepare presentations and term sheets while keeping the investor database

Qualifications

• An established, active network across institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, AIFs, PMSs, corporates and market intermediaries. Please be ready to discuss named relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead placement of ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments, OFS, Block Deals and Pre-IPO Placements
• Develop and execute investor outreach strategies to ensure successful placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, AIFs, PMSs and other capital providers
• Track capital market developments, fundraising trends, sector performance and investor sentiment; analyse comparable transactions, valuations and pricing trends
• Prepare investor presentations, placement memorandums, teasers and transaction summaries; maintain an updated investor database and deal pipeline
