Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior fundraising professional to originate and manage ECM transactions, including IPOs and QIPs, through market intelligence and extensive industry connections.

You will build and sustain relationships with promoters and CXOs, source live mandates, and coordinate with execution and placement teams across the deal lifecycle while traveling as required. This role targets senior to VP levels in a dynamic market.

• Credible promoter and CXO access; sourcing ability.
• High street intelligence, networking and deal sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial sense.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Identify and track fundraising opportunities across IPOs, QIPs, and other ECM/merchant banking mandates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with promoters and key decision-makers with regular engagement.
• Identify fundraising opportunities across Pre-IPO, IPOs, QIPs and other equity transactions.
• Coordinate with execution and placement teams through the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct regular market outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and track potential fundraising opportunities across IPOs, QIPs and other ECM / merchant banking transactions through market intelligence and industry connections, and convert these into live mandates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with promoters and key decision-makers with regular engagement
• Identify fundraising opportunities across Pre-IPO, IPOs, QIPs and other equity transactions
• Coordinate closely with the execution and placement teams through the transaction lifecycle
• Conduct regular market outreach and relationship management

Role requirements:

strong financial analysis and valuation skills with an understanding of market dynamics; strong promoter and CXO access credibility and sourcing ability; high street intelligence; strong communication, negotiation and commercial sense; willingness to travel extensively.

Experience is tiered by title:

Sr. VP 8+ years / VP 6+ years / AVP 5+ years of ECM or core financial markets (fund raising) origination experience.
