Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior leader to define and execute the organisation's AI strategy in a fast-growing tech environment. You will lead the development of LLMs, RAG solutions, and AI agents while building and mentoring AI, ML, and Data Science teams.

You will partner with product and engineering on AI deployment and represent AI capabilities in customer and leadership discussions, driving impact across enterprise software initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML and Data Science experience.
• 2+ years in mid-senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proven consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
