Job summary

PwC India is hiring a GenAI Engineer to lead enterprise AI solutions in Bengaluru. You will architect GenAI projects, design multi-agent systems and AI copilots, and collaborate with clients to shape AI roadmaps.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, governance, and strong Python plus cloud skills across Azure/AWS/GCP. You will mentor teams and deliver production-grade AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in technology with 2+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, Kubernetes
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead GenAI and Agentic AI solutions at scale.
• Design multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, enterprise knowledge assistants, and AI workflow platforms.
• Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.
• Build scalable AI platforms using cloud-native services and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams through architecture and design reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Business teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.
