Job summary

three across is seeking a VP - Accounts Payable Ops & Transformation in Jaipur for a Work From Office role. You will lead large AP and procurement operations, drive transformation programs for major clients, and advise across cross-functional enterprise initiatives with strong domain depth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable and Operational Procurement
• Proven experience delivering AP/P2P solutions across multiple industry verticals
• Hands-on exposure to modern AP/P2P tools and platforms (ERPs, workflows, invoice exchange, automation)
• Experience with platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, PeopleSoft (preferred)
• Strong CXO-level stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Accounts Payable (70%) and Operational Procurement (30%) operations
• Drive end-to-end F&A/P2P transformation programs for enterprise clients
• Act as senior solution leader for big deals and represent the service line in client engagements
• Own and drive strategic programs including IP build and long-term transformation
• Establish strong operating rigor with inventory management and metric-driven performance
• Lead, engage, and motivate 150+ FTEs across locations
• Collaborate with enabling teams and stakeholders on solutions
• Develop future-ready AP/P2P offerings leveraging AI/ML and e-invoicing
• Partner with Product and Technology to deepen AP domain in offerings
• Drive e-invoicing, WC improvement, benchmarking, and standard methods
• Engage with analysts (HfS, Everest) to understand value-based models

Role Overview

As VP Accounts Payable Ops & Transformation, you will lead complex AP and procurement operations, drive transformation programs for large clients, and act as a senior advisor across cross-functional enterprise initiatives. The role demands strong domain depth, operating rigor, people leadership, and the ability to connect strategy with execution.

We are looking for a senior Accounts Payable and Operational Procurement leader to drive large-scale delivery, transformation, and solutioning across enterprise clients. This role will play a critical part in shaping the AP service line, supporting large deals, and building future-ready P2P capabilities aligned with long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Accounts Payable (70%) and Operational Procurement (30%) operations
• Drive end-to-end F&A/ P2P transformation programs for large enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
• Act as senior solution leader for big and mega deals and represent the service line during key client engagements
• Own and drive critical strategic programs including IP build and long-term transformation initiatives
• Establish strong operating rigor with tight inventory management, capacity planning, and metric-driven performance tracking
• Lead, engage, and motivate large multi-location teams (150+ FTEs)
• Work cross-functionally with enabling teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Lead development of future-ready solutions leveraging AI/ML, intelligent workflows, e-invoicing, and emerging technologies
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure strong AP domain depth in digital offerings
• Drive initiatives around e-invoicing, working capital improvement, benchmarking, case studies, and standard methodologies
• Engage with industry analysts (HfS, Everest) and understand value-based commercial models

Must-Have Experience

• Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable and Operational Procurement
• Proven experience delivering AP/P2P solutions across multiple industry verticals (Banking preferred)
• Hands-on exposure to modern AP/P2P tools and platforms (ERPs, workflows, invoice exchange, automation)
• Experience with platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, PeopleSoft (preferred)
• Proven ability to drive operating discipline in large, metric-driven environments
• Strong CXO-level stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural collaboration skills

Ideal Background::

• Experience leading teams across locations (Jaipur / Bengaluru exposure is a plus)
• Comfortable travelling to Bengaluru once a month
