Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur is seeking a Specialist- Account Payable to process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and respond to queries. The role requires MBA Finance with B.Com, ERP experience, and strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

You will work from the Jaipur office and, as a team leader, supervise and guide your team in daily activities. Responsibilities include handling PO-based invoicing, reconciling statements, and maintaining AP quality across processes.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance with B.Com graduation and relevant experience in AP.
• Strong communication and MS Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.

Inviting applications for Specialist- Account Payable

Work location:Jaipur (work from office)

We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
• Process invoices with PO buy-sell Process (Post GRs manually)
• Reconcile vendor statements GIRIR clearing and Debit balances
• Ensure quality of AP processes handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
• Manage multiple partners including both internal and external
• As a team leader you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• MBA Finance (with B.Com as Graduation)
• Relevant Experience

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel
• Scope for working under various ERP Packages - JDE & SAP
