Qualifications

• Knowledge of telephony products including Mitel and SIP.
• Experience with E911 integration and hosted/on-prem PBX deployments.
• Strong grasp of telephony technology and deployment in hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment lists to ensure accuracy.
• Schedule implementation with Project Management Team and communicate status.
• Program systems remotely for voice deployments.
• Manage all processes related to voice deployments and hand-off to support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

Werelooking for aVOIP Engineerto join our team. In this role, you will be a member of the team responsible fordeployingvoiceinstallations,resources, and processesutilizinginnovative technologies to deliver world-class solutions to the hospitality market.Must have Hosted and On-Prem PBX experience. The ideal candidate will be a team playerwho thrivesin a fast-paced environment.The candidate musthave afirmgraspoftelephonytechnology anddeployment experiencein the hospitality industry.The candidate must have a strong customer focus.The ideal self-starter candidate is driven to innovate withsmart, efficient, andhighly reliablesolutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on and leading teams to test, deploy, and integrate new products and serviceswith ourcustomersenvironment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Review theequipment liststoensure accuracy.Work withtheProject Management Team to scheduleimplementation and communicate with said PMthroughoutthe project.Program systemsremotely.Manage all processes astheyrelatesto voiceimplementationdeployments, and hand-off to support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Industry-leadingknowledgeofall telephony products,including Mitel, SIP, and E911Certified on MitelMiVoiceBusinessAlsoknowledge of other applications within the MitelprofolioKnowledge ofMicontactCenter, MitelBorderGateway,and MitelStandardLinuxMinimumassociate degree or8-10years of relevant comparable experienceMinimum5 yearsofexperience inlarge-scalevoice installations in the lodging industryis a plusDeep and strong network knowledge as it relates to voice(VoIP)Ability to read anddeterminePCAPsUnderstand BGP Routing, VPN,etcKnowledge of various virtualization technologies (VMware)Strongtroubleshooting abilities as it relates to programmingand networkinfrustructureAbility to buildandmaintainstrong customer relations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
