We are seeking an experiencedSocial Worker for a Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Center in Ramanagara. This role will be instrumental in facilitating the transition from “therapy” to “livelihood” for adolescents,
adults and caregivers

You will be responsible for:

• Skill Assessment: Identify the vocational interests and aptitudes of PwDs and Caregivers
• Curriculum Development: Create local-market-aligned training modules (e.g., tailoring, horticulture, or local crafts)
• Livelihood Support: Assist in setting up small-scale income-generation activities within the CBR
• Job Coaching: Provide soft‑skills training and support in “Supported Employment” setups
• Traveling across the district to support partnership building, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
