JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for a Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Center at Ramanagar. This role will be instrumental as a single point of contact in program implementation and partnership building across various stakeholders. They will adhere to financial compliance and extend timely support for monitoring and evaluation of the project in the state of Karnataka.

This role involves traveling across the district for the mobilization of resources.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Partnership Building

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, NGOs, academic institutions, and professional organizations.
• Collaborate with partners to leverage resources and expertise to enhance the program’s impact.

Program Implementation

• Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, participant registration, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring active participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.

Data & Documentation

• Maintain rigorous records of progress reports, pre/post-test scores of trained stakeholders, and beneficiary impact data.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Collect and analyze data on participant satisfaction, knowledge gain, and skill development.
• Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
• Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability.
• Traveling across the district to implement programs and support monitoring and evaluation.
