To train and support differently-abled individuals in acquiring vocational skills that enhance their employability, self-reliance, and social integration.
Provideskill-based training(tailoring, computer literacy, crafts, electrical, carpentry, etc.) adapted to the abilities of differently-abled trainees.
Assess thestrengths, interests, and limitationsof trainees to design individualized training plans.
Modify teaching methods, tools, and materials to suitspecial needs learners(visual, hearing, intellectual, physical disabilities).
Encourage the development oflife skills and soft skills(communication, teamwork, time management).
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive workshop/classroom environment.
Maintain training records, progress reports, and provide regular feedback to trainees and parents/guardians.
Coordinate withrehabilitation specialists, therapists, and employersfor holistic development and placement support.
