Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced validation engineer to design system test architectures for SIL, HIL and vehicle validation. You will contribute hands-on with HIL tools and build robust test frameworks.

The role requires knowledge of ADAS sensors, diagnostics (UDS/XCP), and ISO 26262/ASPICE, with collaboration across teams to shape test strategies and KPIs, while guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in ECE/EEE/CSE.
• 9-11 years of relevant experience in automotive validation/testing.
• Strong hands-on programming and test framework development.

Responsibilities

• Design system test architecture for SIL/HIL/Vehicle testing.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and automation libraries.
• Define test strategies, coverage, and KPIs.
• Lead validation strategy and vehicle testing activities.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Analyze logs, traces, and diagnostics data for quality improvements.

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of ADAS sensors (camera, video, radar, ultrasonic).
• Good understanding of sensor data interfaces and ASW integration.
• AUTOSAR know-howTest architecture design for System Test (SIL/HIL/Vehicle).
• Hands-on experience with HIL systems (dSPACE/Vector/ETAS).
• Strong programming skills in Python; C/C++ preferred.
• Experience in developing test frameworks and automation libraries.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet and restbus simulation.
• Strong diagnostics knowledge (UDS, XCP, DoIP).
• Experience with feature knowledge (ACC, AEB, LKAS, Lane and Light)
• Experience with log analysis, trace tools, and data validation.
• Familiar with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and test documentation.
• Good understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab) for test automation.
• Ability to define test strategies, coverage, KPIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good collaboration and technical leadership skills.
• Good know how and work experience in Validation Strategy and Vehicle test
