Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise VMware environments.
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter).
• SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSAN.
• Hands-on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting.
• Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentals.
• Documentation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure.

Experience Required: 10-20 years

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).
