Job summary

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining dimensions.
• Set up VMC machines as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
• Adjust tool settings, tool offsets, workpiece settings, and fixture alignment.
• Understand and modify CNC programs as required, with basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Check first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
